We are selling an apartment in a residential building in Kanfanar, near Rovinj. Sanitary equipment will include a sink with a cabinet and a mirror, a faucet for a sink, a Geberit system cantilever toilet, with a self-lowering toilet seat. Each bathroom will have an 80-liter boiler and a radiator (ladder) for electric heating. Each bathroom will have a connection for a washing machine.

It is planned to drain the fecal water to the sewage system, which is in the immediate vicinity in the street. Each apartment has its own water meter, which is located on the street in a common water meter shaft. Each floor has a hydrant network according to the project.

For the heating purposes in the apartments, the heating system will be used using an oil radiator with electricity from the manufacturer "Viking" and air conditioning in the living rooms for cooling-heating purposes.

Each apartment will have a video intercom connected to the main entrance to the yard and the front door.
The entrance doors to the apartments will be burglar-proof and fire-proof, manufactured by Jumbo doors.
